Biography

Dr. Rebecca Tat is board certified in Neurology and specializes in neurological movement disorders. Examples of such conditions include involuntary tremors, Parkinson’s disease, hemifacial spasms (facial spasms), blepharospasms (twitching of the eye) and Dystonia, all of which cause involuntary or abnormal movements of the body.

Dr. Tat and her staff use the latest procedures to help treat neurological disorders including deep brain stimulation and Botox therapy.

Dr. Tat always listens carefully to me and considers any concerns I have. She tries very hard to suggest medications that might be helpful to me and gives me some say-so if there is needed input on my part regarding whether the medication might be appropriate for me. I like that about her.
