Biography
Michael Wright, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC, holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy. Also, he is credentialed as an athletic trainer and is board certified in orthopedics.
His professional interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, dry needling, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal pain, and running and endurance rehabilitation and performance.
Inspired to help others after his own athletic injury and recovery experiences, he understands the importance of individualizing patient care and building trust to reach each patient’s goals. A former collegiate athlete and current endurance athlete, he understands firsthand the demands of sports, the psychological aspects of recovery, and how to manage injuries and other conditions.
In his spare time, he enjoys running, mountain biking, hiking, playing baseball and kayaking.
