Megan B. Lovorn, MD, is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Her professional interests include spinal cord injuries, spasticity, pediatric diagnoses (such as cerebral palsy and spina bifida), rehabilitation issues related to multiple sclerosis and trigger point injections.
She believes every person is distinctive and deserves respect, exceptional care and lack of judgment. By listening, understanding differences and making people feel part of their own health care, she empowers patients to become drivers in their care. Working collaboratively, she tailors each patient’s treatment plan to fit their needs and situation.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing chess and making glass art in her home studio.
“I strive to give my utmost compassion, listening skills, understanding and empathy along with my best medicine to treat every patient as a whole person – an individual who deserves to be treated as if they were MY parent or family member.” – Megan B. Lovorn, MD
