This NP could not have cared less about me as a new patient. I asked her if she could refill my xanax prescription and she said no absolutely not. She said they had a psychiatrist in their office who would wean me off xanax and put me on something else. (I have been on this med since 1990). I told her I thought I had a UTI and may need an antibiotic. She said no, she wouldn't give me an antibiotic because I had constant UTI's and needed to see a urologist. SHE ALSO SAID SHE COULD DO A SPECIMEN JUST TO TELL ME "IF" I HAD A UTI....???? This makes absolutely NO common sense. Yes I went to my urologist the next day (since I only have one kidney) and found out I had a severe UTI infection and received an antibiotic.

FNP Kim Mills was endearing and welcoming. She was thorough in establishing care with me, made me feel comfortable being vulnerable with my personal health. As a PA I enjoy being taken care of by my fellow APPs and she did a great job for me.

NP Mills is the optimal mix of intelligence and competence, with thoroughness and bedside care. I fully trust my health partnership in her hands because of that, and am so excited to have found her.
