No matter how bad I may feel I always enjoy chatting with Beth. She is full vitality, sharp, witty and very knowledgeable about not only pulmonary issues, but other contributing factors to whatever maladies I may be experiencing. I feel secure in my pulmonary care with Beth and Dr. Ramaswamy and one or the other is always there when I need them.

Good listener. Very responsive and helpful. I felt like she saw me as a person, as well as a patient. I felt she understood me, and I appreciated that very much.

Beth Walsh is so congenial and friendly in her visits and makes me feel I'm in a good place to be treated. Of course, she's also highly knowledgable about my chronic conditions and respects my suggestions as to what we might try next. She's always in good humor and laughs easily which adds levity to a day of not feeling well. Since I live just a few blocks from the clinic on West Market St., I told her that on a nice day I could skateboard to the practice. (I'm 77 with a handicap placard.) She laughed and encouraged me! We've had fun visits which helps get me through some seriously bad health moments.

She was professional, but also clearly concerned. Also she knew the details about my condition and what to do about it. We liked her.

Everything was efficient, compassionate and professional. The only hiccup was Ms Walsh stating that the Breo alternatives she mentioned would be on my visit report, and they were not present on the report as far as I could tell.
