Dana Dunn, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant focused on general cardiology, primary prevention and patient education.
Warm, friendly and empathetic, she strives to find common ground with her patients, understand each individual’s health point-of-view and educate them so they can become the best version of themselves. Using a team-based approach, she provides safe, evidence-based care.
Along with her husband and daughter, she enjoys playing tourist in North Carolina on the weekends. In her spare time, she can be found at the farmer’s market, science center, historical museum, apple orchard and latest local fair.
“I want to ensure my patients feel like they are getting the same care I would give my own family member. Through my own personal losses, I have come to understand medicine from the patient’s perspective, and I hope to help them navigate both the good times and stressful, overwhelming times.” – Dayna Dunn, PA-C
