Since 1996, Angel Jones, PA-C, has been passionate about serving patients in Rockingham and Stokes Counties as a board-certified physician assistant.
A compassionate, honest and down-to-earth provider with Western Rockingham Family Medicine, she enjoys developing relationships with patients – from children to adults – in a family practice environment. An excellent listener, she strives to understand her patients’ health concerns and fosters collaborative decision making based on mutual trust. As needed, she advises patients on next steps or specialty involvement.
Outside the office, Jones enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and three rescue dogs. As part of her family’s church, Jones values serving the community. In addition, she enjoys travel, calligraphy, hand lettering and photography.
“When I was young, I had a close friend die of leukemia. As a result of this experience, I desired to help others in the field of medicine. Once in college, I explored many options, and I found the physician assistant field to be the best fit because of my love for family medicine. Having spent the last twenty years in the Madison area, I am now caring for college age patients who I have treated since they were babies!” – Angel Jones, PA-C
